All orders placed with DiscountAutowerks.com (phone, fax, internet, mail, e-mail) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed below:

The conditions of sale are that all sales are sold as is and are final with no returns or exchanges. We do not allow returns and exchanges to keep costs low and pass the savings along to our customers. We urge all our customers to verify that a part fits their specific vehicle before ordering. Pictures that are used on the Discount Autowerks website may be for display purposes only and actual product may differ slightly. These pictures may not be vehicle specific. Some pictures may be shown with optional items that are sold separately.

DiscountAutowerks.com reserves the right to modify and adjust prices on our website at any time without notice. We are not held responsible for pricing errors associated with our website. If a pricing error occurs the customer will be notified and the discrepancies will be resolved during the processing of the order before shipment of product. Customers that are notified of a pricing discrepancy will be given the option of continuing with the order at the adjusted prices or canceling the order. Customers have a right to cancel an order for refund within 24 hours of placing the order as long as the order has not been shipped. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order has been shipped an order cannot be canceled and there will no refund issued. DiscountAutowerks.com is not responsible for pricing totals that were miscalculated by server errors. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any and all reasons and we also reserve the right to refuse service.

Shipping and Billing. All orders placed to a California address will be charged 9.25% sales tax as per the California Board of Equalization. If there is a discrepancy and tax is not charged on an order placed to a California address DiscountAutowerks.com will charge the tax before the order is shipped. There will be no notification when tax is added to a California order and the order will still process as usual. Once an order is shipped the customer cannot request order be shipped to a different address. All credit card orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address where the card statement is sent to. This is for your protection. If during the processing of a credit card order DiscountAutowerks.com notices that the ship to address is different from the address on the customer’s credit card statement, the customer may be contacted for verification purposes and this may delay shipping. All U.S shipments are shipped via FedEx or USPS and are released without a signature. Signature confirmation and shipping insurance is available at a cost to the customer. Upon receiving your package please immediately inspect for any transportation damage, shipping problems, or any missing parts. All claims for shipping damages must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping containers and packaging for claims with shipping carrier.

Special order items require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. DiscountAutowerks.com will not be held responsible for special orders that are on backorder or any late shipments with suppliers. All shipping dates given are approximate and may arrive later than scheduled. We will not be held responsible for shipments arriving later than estimated.

DiscountAutowerks.com sells products that may be designated for off-road use only. DiscountAutowerks.com does sell products that do not conform to certain smog and legal laws. The buyer takes full responsibility for these parts on their vehicle. DiscountAutowerks.com is not held responsible for any damage, legal problems, or any and all occurrences that may result from buyer having these parts on their vehicle. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check all local and state laws regarding use of aftermarket parts on their vehicle. DiscountAutowerks.com is not liable or responsible for any and all parts sold through DiscountAutowerks. DiscountAutowerks.com will not be held liable for any parts and does not claim to hold any bearing on legal parts in any state. Please be responsible and obey any and all smog / state regulations regarding these products.

Warranty. No warranty will be valid if the defect was deemed to be caused by the customer’s misuse, mishandling, abuse, or negligence. DiscountAutowerks.com does not offer our own warranty on the products we sell. All merchandise sold by DiscountAutowerks.com is subject to the manufacturers warranty and conditions and may be subject to manufacturer inspection and approval for repair or replacement of the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility for all costs associated with warranty repairs with the manufacturer. Some products we sell may not include a manufacturers warranty. DiscountAutowerks.com will not be held liable in any way for a defective product that may or may not include a manufacturers warranty.
